Disney On Ice: Discover the Magic plays bp pulse LIVE at the NEC in two runs, 28 October to 1 November and 6 to 8 November. All 16 show times, from £18.

Disney On Ice presents Discover the Magic comes to bp pulse LIVE at the NEC in two separate runs: the half term week, Wednesday 28 October to Sunday 1 November, and the following weekend, Friday 6 to Sunday 8 November. There are no shows from Monday 2 to Thursday 5 November. Tickets are on sale now, from £18 plus fees.

Solihull’s October half term is 26 to 30 October, so the first run lands in the back half of it. Everything below was checked against the arena’s and the producer’s own pages on 30 September 2026.

Every show time

Half term run - Wednesday 28 October: 2.30pm, 6.30pm - Thursday 29 October: 11.30am, 3.30pm - Friday 30 October: 11.30am, 3.30pm - Saturday 31 October: 10.30am, 2.30pm - Sunday 1 November: 10.30am, 2.30pm

Second run - Friday 6 November: 6.30pm - Saturday 7 November: 10.30am, 2.30pm, 6.30pm - Sunday 8 November: 10.30am, 2.30pm

That is 16 performances, ten in half term and six the week after. There is no evening show on Halloween, Saturday 31 October. Only three start in the evening: Wednesday 28 October and Friday 6 and Saturday 7 November, all at 6.30pm. (bp pulse LIVE)

Tickets and ages

The arena lists tickets from £18, plus fees, and does not publish the full price range outside its booking flow. It also sells two premium family packages, a “Park & Lounge” and a “Pizza Party”, without printing their prices on the page.

  • Under 2s do not need a ticket if they sit on your lap for the whole show, according to Disney On Ice’s own FAQ.

What is in the show

The arena’s description: a search for Tinker Bell through a series of Disney worlds, with Miguel from Coco, Moana, Belle, Elsa and Stitch, plus scenes from Aladdin, Toy Story and The Little Mermaid, with skating and aerial stunts.

Disney On Ice does not give a running time for this production. Its FAQ says its shows average between an hour and a half and two hours, including a 15 to 20 minute interval, and that doors open an hour before the show starts. (Disney On Ice FAQ)

Parking and getting there

bp pulse LIVE is on the NEC campus, Perimeter Road, B40 1NT, in the Solihull borough at Bickenhill. It uses the NEC’s car parks, more than 16,000 spaces, and you follow the electronic signs to the car park for your event. The arena says booking before the day saves up to £5 on the NEC’s standard rate; it does not print the rate itself. The NEC is cashless, so pay by card or phone. (bp pulse LIVE parking, NEC)

Half term is also a busy week at the NEC more widely: HYROX Birmingham runs on the campus from 27 October to 1 November, and Peppa Pig Space Adventure until 8 November, so the car parks will be busier than on an ordinary weekday. (NEC what’s on)
