Peter Pan runs at The Core Theatre from Friday 4 December to Sunday 3 January. All 39 performance times, prices, the dark dates and the two access performances.

Solihull’s pantomime this year is Peter Pan at The Core Theatre, from Friday 4 December 2026 to Sunday 3 January 2027. It is presented by Little Wolf Entertainment, who also made last year’s Aladdin, and all 39 performances are on sale now.

The thing to plan around: the first ten days are weekends only

The run does not settle into a daily pattern until the middle of December. If you were assuming you could pick any evening in the first fortnight, you cannot.

Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve both move earlier, to 11am and 3pm. Boxing Day is the only date in the whole run with an evening show at 7pm alongside a matinee.

Prices

The venue quotes £25 to £30 plus a transaction fee, and says concessions are available on some performances, pointing at a colour-coded guide. That guide is not printed on the show page, so which dates carry a concession is not something you can work out before you get into the booking system. If price matters, start with a midweek date rather than a weekend.

Two things it does state plainly: children under 18 months may sit on a lap free of charge, and the recommended age is 3 and up.

The relaxed performance is priced separately and more clearly: £28, £26 concession, £102 for a family of four, plus a transaction fee. That is worth noticing, because at £28 it sits inside the standard band rather than below it, which is not how every venue prices its relaxed show.

Access performances

  • Relaxed: Tuesday 29 December, 5.30pm, sold as its own listing rather than as part of the main schedule

There is no captioned performance and no audio described performance anywhere in the 39-date run. If you need either, the nearest option will be a Birmingham venue.

The relaxed show is the one to book carefully. It is not in the main performance list at all, so a family scanning the schedule for 29 December sees only the 12.30pm show and can easily miss it.

School performances are not listed publicly; the theatre asks groups to email.

Getting there

The Core sits inside the Touchwood complex, so the theatre’s audience uses the same car parks as the shopping centre, and matinee times land in the busiest part of a December Saturday.
